Encyclo Plus PCR kit includes all components necessary for PCR: Encyclo polymerase mix, a mix of high purity deoxyribonucleotides and sterile PCR water. The kit includes three reaction buffers: general purpose Encyclo buffer, Encyclo GC buffer for amplification of GC-rich templates and Encyclo Red buffer for direct loading on agarose gels.
