6. Construction of oligonucleotide primers to amplify the target full-length cDNA
7. Amplification of the target full-length cDNA
8. Cloning of the target full-length cDNA into an appropriate vector and screening of the clones to select those containing target full-length cDNA inserts
9. Purification of vector DNA with the target full-length cDNA insert
