Evrogen offers cDNA normalization kits designed to generate full-length-enriched double stranded (ds) cDNA with equalized concentrations of different transcripts. Both total RNA and poly(A)+ RNA can be used for cDNA preparation and subsequent normalization. |
Trimmer kit allows normalization of cDNA flanked by the same adapter sequences at the both 3'- and 5'- ends. Starting cDNA can be prepared using one of the following cDNA synthesis kits:
Trimmer-Direct kit is designed for normalization of cDNA flanked by the different adapter sequences at the 3'- and 5'- ends. Starting cDNA must be prepared using one of the following cDNA synthesis kits:
*Please follow instruction provided in Trimmer-Direct kit user manual for cDNA synthesis using SMARTTM kits. Please note that CDS-3M adapter (provided in Trimmer-Direct kit) must be used for cDNA preparation instead of CDS primer included into Clontech kits.
