PCR cloning

We provide large-scale PCR and RT-PCR cloning of known genes for array preparation and other common applications.
The service includes PCR amplification of target sequences from your DNA/RNA source, cloning of PCR product(s) into the vector of your choice, and purification of the plasmid DNA with target inserts. The resulting cloned products are then confirmed by direct sequencing.
