Full-length-enriched double-stranded cDNA is produced using modified SMART technology. The method combines cDNA synthesis and amplification and results in representative cDNA population enriched with full-length sequences even from small amounts of starting materials. Depending of research purposes, cDNA can be flanked by same (for nondirectional cloning) or different (for directional cloning) adapter sequences.

The cDNA can be used for:
